Service
RevenuePilot provides data reconciliation, audits, recommendations and controlled workflows. Recommendations are decision support and do not guarantee revenue, margin or availability outcomes.
Trials and billing
Once production billing is activated, a valid payment method is required for the 14-day trial and paid service renews monthly until canceled. Plan limits are enforced without automatic overage billing. Test-mode checkouts do not create a customer charge.
Operator responsibilities
You must have authority to connect each source, maintain accurate cost and commission data, protect credentials and review recommendations before relying on them.
Execution
Live price execution is available only for certified connectors and qualified organizations. RevenuePilot may suspend writes when verification, rollback or security checks fail.
Acceptable use
Do not ingest unlawful data, bypass quotas or access controls, probe other tenants, interfere with the service, or use RevenuePilot to facilitate deceptive pricing.
